Hi,
in my organization we have deployed some instances of Aris Expres and so far we’ve used them with no problem.
Anyway, this morning we have started facing some problems with all our Aris Express instances.
These are the details:
Opening models
We can’t open any existing model from the “Recently Used Models” nor from the “File” menu. Newly created models can be opened regularly but only while the Aris Express session during wich they are created is active. Once Aris Express is closed they start showing the same problem.
RTF Export
We can’t export any model in RTF format, the user receives an error message like this:

Error while accessing file ‘C:\Users\username\ARISExpress\server\temp\ReportTemp\1\ARF691391637930265702.tmp’:

Has anyone faced similar behaviors from Aris Express?
We run AE 2.4 on windows 7, JAVA version 7 update 25 (build 1.7.0_25-b17)
