When you imported the license file, you get a message: "Warning: This license file is incomplete! Do not use it as a backup"
For this reason it is not possible to make a backup through ArisAdmin?
When I want to backup with: %ARISADM_CMD% -l %BACKUPDIR%\arisbackup.log -t default -s %ARISSERVER% -u %ARISUSER% %ARISPASSWORD% backup all %BACKUPDIR%
"It is impossible to connect to ARIS Connect Server or ARIS Design Server. Use the ´server´ command to establish the connection or check if you have an appropriate server license"

Hi,
when you export the licenses from an environment you do not get a license file you can import elsewhere. It looks like you might have tried this here. You need to use the original license files you obtained from Software AG. Login to UMC first and import the proper license files.

There are two messages here one is about license key and another one about "Use the ´server´ command to establish the connection" ... I know some customer facing issues to connect using the ARIS Server Administrator, please could you try to run this backup command via ARIS Server Administrator and provide the results?
