On the ARIS server I have the Zulu Platform x64 Architecture process with 98% of the server memory.
What is the reason and how can memory consumption be lowered?
Thanks
Pablo
Dear Pablo,
In which sizing did you install ARIS?
The ARIS Server setup checks for sufficient hardware resources including for enough available free RAM. It prompts you with a warning if you choose a sizing that exceeds your computer's capabilities.
Although the setup lets you pass the warning, it could later turn out that ARIS doesn't run properly.
Since ARIS is built on a scalable architecture there are many Java processes running in parallel. It's hard to tell which one consumes too much memory and why. You could gather the log files and open a support ticket on Software AG Empower to have your installation inspected.
Does that help you?
Cheers
