I've been trying to figure out how to set up a mini approval workflow addressing the following scenarios:
1) Requests to the model should have visibility for the Process Owner and his/her manager
2) Some critical requests for the a particular process should be approved by the Process Owner's manager
On both cases, they should get a notification e-mail at the time of getting a request that needs to be approved by one of them.
For the first scenario, I checked the possibility of setting up two users with the Person Responsible attribute but had no results after looking for further information
Then, as a test, I hardcoded two users in the Person Responsible attribute via ARIS Architect but those users were not reflected as responsible users at the time of using the model in ARIS Connect (not a good practice though)
For the second scenario, still no idea how to address it. The Administrator Manual only refers to Process Goveranance but I think this does not apply for this case, isn't it?
