I was wonder if is it possible to create a new user profile with restrict access to groups/models that this specific user is able to see (and therefore to edit and format).
Can i create a new user that has only access to a certain group or groups inside a database?

I tried to create one user group and some users assigned to that user group but there isn't (through the process) any option where i can select which groups (groups=folders) can be accessed by a certain user. Is there anything that i am missing?

Hi Pedro,
Once the user group is created, double click on the User group and you will see options to set access privileges, Function privileges etc.

Hi Pedro,
Yes, you can create user profiles (called User groups in ARIS) from Administration>Database>User management. You can restrict access priviledges to specified groups and can assign users to those User groups whom you want to have that profile.
e.g. If you want to have a Process Viewer profile, you can create a user group with read-only access and all those users (with non-system priviledges) assigned to that User group will have read-only access to all the groups.
