Hi,

I am unable to restore a database via the Administrator of ARIS Cloud. I received this Java error: "

2015-06-26T12:01:47,740 WARNING - AHelpPanel: unable to set HelpID 'HID_DB_RESTORE_EXPORT_FILE_NO_VERSIONS.HLP'; this HelpID does not exist in the Help Collection!

2015-06-26T12:01:47,741 WARNING - AHelpPanel: unable to set HelpID 'HID_UNAVAILABLE_PAGE.HLP'; this HelpID does not exist in the Help Collection!"

Could you please get me support,

Hi,

this warning is not an error and has nothing to do with the error about restoring a database. The logging you mention only says, that for the given message (presented by a messagebox?), no online help is available.

Is there anything else? A messagebox or something?
