I have tried to import a filter from ARIS Cloud Administrator. But I received back the following message: "To import the file you must have the 'ARIS Access' license privilege." I have yet already full access to ARIS Cloud as Administrator.
Please could you tell me how to proceed? Thanks in advance

this is the license page in the portal administration...
Log in into the portal, use the dropdown menu on the upper right side of the screen, choose "Administration", choose the user management, choose the user, tab "licenses"
