License renew

Hi,

I have received a new license by email that states that is valid until October 1st, 2021. However, when I try to install says that had already expired on 01 April 2021. I had already checked multiple times, removed ARIS and still gives the message that the license has expired when I select the new one.

How can I update to the new license?

Dear Pedro,

we had a temporary problem with the license key generation that should have been fixed now. You should have received an e-mail with the correct license keys now.
