ARIS hangs when validating/exporting BPMN diagram

HI all,

I managed to solve the issue by re-installing a correct JRE.  I had JRE 7 update 9 (32/64 bit) and JRE 6 update 31 (32/64 bit) installed.  I have removed them all and re-installed JRE 6 update 37.

I now can validate BPMN in ARIS.  However the export still fails.  This time I get the message "Error while loading source model(null)).

I dont see any exception logs anymore so I wonder what is going on now.

i'm having the same problem 2 years after in the cloud version ... maybe because i'm using the trial version? 

i believe not because i made a test with a very simple diagram (2 tasks) and it worked nicely. 

The current model - still in test mode - has lot more objects: 15 tasks, function allocation diagrams for each task, etc.

The point is: this is a poc and if i'm not able to export and important the bpmn into my client's Aris instance i will not be alble to use the tool...
