Hi!  After using ARIS Basic and ARIS Advanced trials over the last month or so my organisation has chosen to subscribe to ARIS Basic.  However, all of our previous trials expired several weeks ago, so we weren't able to get into the most recent project room to upgrade and thus resurrect our models.  We now have a new ARIS Basic subscription and need to retrieve our previous models and pull them into this new subscription.  

Johnnie Huddart (Johnnie.Huddart@softwareag.com) from Software AG UK Sales has told me:

"Regarding transferring your data from the advanced trial – I think you would need to go the support desk for this because it requires intervention from our cloud service team."

Hi Phil,

we'll create a ticket on your behalf for the data to be transferred to the new project room and let you know as soon as this will have been done.
