What would be a better approach to handle Organizational changes in ARIS Process Governance. Basically whenever there are changes in organization, group HR would make those changes in Organization section of ARIS, This would trigger an APG workflow to cascade this information to relevant artefacts inside ARIS, which is fine and dandy. But this information also needs to be cascaded to few external applications as-well. So question here would be can/ is it right approach to use APG to Cascade the change information on to different application other than ARIS, or they can externalize this whole Flow on to some Process automation/workflow tools like webMethods? What would be right approach to do this?
