Brand new to Aris and trying to soak up much as possible with the various learnign opportunities. I'm attempting to model a customer journey map; however, cannot seem to achieve the addition of touch points (e.g.: moment of truth, pain point, and best practice). No matter what I try, the icons just do not show up for me. Hope someone can point me to some resources or if applicable a more appropriate place to ask a question of the community. Thank you,

to show the icons, you have to change the template for your customer journey map.
This is possible as follows:
- Open your customer journey map
- Activate the Model tab bar.
- Click Template and select Customer Experience Management.
After you have changed the template, the icons should be shown if the attributes are specified.
