Error reading setup initialization file

I get the error message in the Title field when trying to run the installation .exe file.

I got Windows Vista Enterprise with Service Pack 2.

aris-express-setup.exe file version 14.0.0.162, size 108 MB.

maybe your download was corrupt. Could you download again?
