Is there any problem printing from ARIS MashZone ?. Seing the information with graphics, tables, ..., in a mashupp, I click in the print button to obtain a PDF with an screenshot, but the PDF contains some parts of the tables, some parts of the graphics, ...; if I try it again the PDF is generated with less information, ..., or with all the information, ..., but depending when I do the result is not always the same. See the document "Print_MashZone.doc" attached.

I can reproduce this using the same PDF software. However printing on a HP LaserJet works as expected. So I may ask you to try another PDF driver?
OK, but in my case the described problem persists in both cases - PDF printing and standart printing (HP LaserJet; HP DeskJet). And my laptop cannot be blaimed for that either, because the same issue occurs also when I print it from another laptop (my old one from which previously there where no problems with printing).
If it would be just me, then it would be one thing, but several people are having the same problem:

Therefore I am quite sure that the problem is in MashZone and it would be nice if it could be fixed ASAP because within few weeks I will need to make management reports in PDF and printouts, but currently it is not possible. And since I have paid for this software I would like to receive what I have paid for :)

I'm writing to you as we are experiencing the same issue as posted earlier by Pablo. Elements of the MashApp are simply missing following print-outs, regardless whether the output is in a soft-copy (Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard) or hard-copy (various brands of printers) format.
Can you please advise whether this is related to a bug in the MashZone software itself? We didn't experience such instances with our current pdf drivers yet and IS policies limit us in downloading additional freeware/shareware.

there are some printing issus caused by MashZone. In the next version those will be fixed. So I may ask you to work around with screen shots for a short time until our next release is published. I will post more regarding the new version in a couple of days.
