Question: sequence flow label, message flow marker

Hello community,

1. How can I give label to an outgoing sequence flow from a gateway ? For example a "yes-no" label.

*yes, I still have an issue with "conditional sequence flow". That context menu with "bpmn >..." only shows up if I select an outgoing sequence flow from a gateway*

2. How to create an appropriate "catching/receiving" message marker on the message flow ?

I see this in ARIS Help Topics,

and this is my menu context:

(the message markers with the red marker should have "catching/received" markers)

Hi,

regarding your 1st question:

You have to maintain the attribute "Condition expression". If the BPMN 2.0 template is assigned to your model, then the value of the attribute is drawn in the designer immediately. If no, then you can place the attribute by just drag and drop it from the attributes table into the designer. If it is not visible within the attribute table, you can add it. Press the "More attributes..." Button. Then you can find the attribute in the "BPMN 2.0 attributes" group.

regarding your 2nd question:

In order to visualize, that a message is the initiating, the only way is to change the color (into white) of the object (Properties-Object appearance-Fill color).
