Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to make the attribute "ARIS document storage Link" refer directly to the latest version of the document uploaded in the documentary Aris.
Currently every time you load a new version of a document in the document of Aris you must also update the attribute of the object linking this document, I would rather that the link always pointed to the latest version automatically. It's possible? Is there an option to set?
Thank you
Best regards
Dear Rachele,
When you link a document from ARIS Document Storage (ADS) you will notice at the end of its ADS URL revision=-1 which points automatically to its last/current version. So there is no need to update all those attributes at all.
Only due to a bug in ARIS 10.0 SR2 that was unfortunately the URL used with its current version (e.g. revision=2). But with ARIS 10.0 SR4 that bug is fixed.
Cheers
Rune
Hi Rune,
I’ve made some tests and I've found the same problem: in the Document Aris Storage, the link to the document "test1" is related to the last version:https://eu.ariscloud.com/documents/rest/links/dec809bbb6-5066-4ca8-809e-7288c923631a?tenantid=erplucca&revision=4
In the Aris Cloud Platform, the link to document related to the object, it’s not in the right version test1: https://eu.ariscloud.com/documents/rest/links/dec8bb09e6-5066-4ca8-809e-7288c923631a?tenantid=erplucca&revision=3
Only if I change the link to the object document manually it takes the right version.
Thanks
