Hi, I'm using Aris Cloud Advanced. I need to restore the previous version of some EPC models but I don't have the database backup. Is it possible to recover them?

Hello Rachele,
afaik this can only be done via the "ARIS Advanced Administration" client. The administrator has to log in to the database with a change list containing the model version you want to recover, export the model to an XML file, then re-login to the database in the workplace version and import the XML file again.
You can view the old versions from the repository view and identify this way, from which change list you want to recover the model.
