We have prepared around 100 processes in BPMN in Aris. We would like to add some kind of processes structure/architecture/tree. It could be done in several different types of models but in any of them I was able to link the processes in the architecture to prepared process.

Is there some way to do that? So when my boss opens the architecture he can simply click on the process and see it. That is all that we need.

Dear Radek,

A  process hierachy could start on 1st level with Value Added Chain Diagrams at the top for a kind of Process Landscape to cluster processes/departments by assignments (=linked models).

If needed the 2nd level could detail those processes and provide also navigation throughout the process landscape.

And 3rd level could already be your BPMN processes, also as assignments in ARIS, basically links from an object to a model.

It's also wise to put the related process models in corresponding groups to make maintenance easier.

Cheers
