As I was exploring the ARIS Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool,I came across 2 aspects/queries requiring your help:
1. What is the configuration required if a new client wants to use and sync ARIS Connect to ARIS GRC tool and vice-versa?
2. For the different roles ( owner, manager, reviewer ) in ARIS GRC, which license do they need to perform the respective tasks?

Dear Rajsee,
for the transfer of ARIS BPA data to the GRC app, the ARIS database name must be maintained in the respective ARIS Risk & Compliance Manager administration (under "environment"). In order to have GRC capabilities available at Connect, the "ARIS Connect" integration must be activated (also under "environment"). For more details, please see the Admin Guide of ARIS Risk & Compliance Manager and the online help.
For the different roles, these user require (in most cases) an additional ARCM Operate license. In order to see GRC content, they require the respective roles like Risk Owner or Control Manager etc. For more details, please see the Modelling Convention Guide and the online help of ARCM.
