Unable to login to AG Aris Express application getting error

Java Runtime Environment 8 is installed in user’s machine tried to clear webstart cache issue is still the same.
Need your assistance to help us fix this issue.

Hello Rakesh,

it is not an issue of JRE but of your internet connection for the first login verification.

Hi Klemens,

Does this mean I have to check on the firewall side if there is any block which is not allowing for one of my user who cannot do first login verification

Hi Rakesh,

if this is only an individual problem of a single user and all others have no problems I think that it cannot be a generall firewall issue. Pls. attach the log files located in "%userprofile%/ARISExpress/log" of this user.
