we would like to manage KPIs through ARIS, is it possible?
in particular we would like to import excel sheets peiodically for their update, is it possible to do so? If yes, how?
it is possible to produce and export graphs that show the trend of the kpi?

Hi Ramona,
I think that someone which customize scripts can helps here.. btw there is a default script named "Import BSC KPIs" can help in parts, check the description:
Imports KPI attributes from an Excel file that was previously created using the 'Export BSC KPIs' report. Using the export ID and the model name, you can specify the data records that you want to import.

we are using the ARIS Architect / designer. is it correct to map KPIs?
I have another question, we have mapped a process but reopening the tool, I find the flowcharts empty, while my colleague (who accesses another license) sees it correctly?
