I have dowloaded the recent wersion of ARSI 7.1 and can see there is a lot of new documentation. There is a section under documents titled 'Additional Documents' where it lists 3 additional documents which can be found on the installation media, these being:
- ARIS LDAP Integration
- Modelling BPMN with ARIS
- Business Rules Designer
I cannot find any of these documents.
I actually downloaded the zip files with all the various languages from Service Release 6 which contained a few old documents but moslty relatively new ones for 2010.
I also downloaded the DVD Package which contained the same. It is the LDAP document that I am interested in taking a look at.. I shall take another look as I don't thisnk I looked at SR_07.
IDS support said that for SR2020_06 and _07 LDAP is only covered in the installation and admin guide.
There will be no seperate doc, so the reference in additional docs.txt is misleading.
If you didn't download the complete ARIS 7.1 DVD you probably need the ARIS documentation additionally to have all documents at hand.
But be always sure that your local version is compliant with the newest release on the above links. E.g. verify in each folder the version info file. E.g. here's the version info of ARIS documentation.

re: "installation media" Did you download the DVD package?
Alternatively there is a separate zip of abt. 300 MB docs only, in all languages, which contains at least "modelling bpmn" and "rule language" guides.
But beware: I found the docs of SR2010_07 a hotchpotch of far out-dated (Toolset+WebPublisher user guide 7.0 of 2005), some a bit dusty (concerning SR2009_02 or 2010_05) but only half of them updated.
