Good morning:
We have a critical problem with our Filter in ARIS Architect 9.5.
We have created a filter with a subpalette of symbols of BPMN 2.0.
When we created the filter, we haven't selected some symbols of our BPMN 2.0 Collaboration Diagram that we don't want see.
When we use this filter to access to the database, and we create a BPMN 2.0 Collaboration Diagram, we see the symbols that we haven't selected in the filter.
Why?
The filter works with the symbols of the chain value diagram, organigram, function assignation diagram, etc....
Why with the BPMN 2.0 Collaboration Diagram doesn't work?

Hi Jutta,
Thank you very much for your help, but exactly, we want to create a new filter with only some symbols of BPMN 2.0, we don't want to change the BPMN 2.0 filter by default.
Could we make this filter with this version?

Hi Raquel,
you cannot modify the BPMN 2.0 filter. We predefined the BPMN 2.0 filter to ensure that all functionalities implemented in our BPMN Designer work well.
