Good morning:
I have a problem with "Aris Architect and Designer 9.5" and the licenses.
I am using the 95.0.2.831905 version.
When I login in "Aris Architect and Designer" with a user who have the Architect license, my "Aris Architect and Designer" opens with the Aris Designer.
My colleagues that they also use the "Aris Architect and Designer" when they login with the same user with Architect license, they login correctly with Aris Architect.
The licenses are in UCM in the server.
Why in my computer when I login with a Architect user my "Aris Architect and Designer" opens with Aris Designer?

Hi Raquel,
this may depend on the license. If you just have one license for the architect, and if this license is already in use, there is no license available anymore for the architect, so the designer license only is available for the client and the designer is started.
In the UMC, for every license, you can check whether it is in use or not. If one client using the license is not properly closed, it might occur the it needs some time until the license is released again.

We have installed ARIS client at the PC, and in a step about installation, we have choosen good the configuration for Aris Architect (configuration and administration). This was the problem.
