Dear Aris Community!
I ran into an error regarding the ARIS versioning. When I try to version a model, the proccess is seemingly successfull and a change list entry is created, but the version tab remains empty. Furthermore when I try to open the corresponding changelist item it throws a server error, which says that the changelist information can not be retrieved.
Could someone shed some light on the problem? Where should I look trying to fix it?

considering the "Server error" I would reckon this forum won't be able to help you. Please open a support ticket and they will look into the details of your case.

Maybe is something wrong with this database or external database, did you try to create versioning using another database to see if can reproduce the issue ?

this is another symptom of the same problem with the alleged "Invalid group structure (cycle)" you mentioned here.
If you are still on Aris 10 SR 3 this cannot be healed.
I recommend updating to SR 17 because this also fixes the log4j security vulnerability.
