I am getting the error "Please use a different license key because the current key is already bing used by another client."
I have done the following:
- I have verified that the license key is NOT being used by any other client
- I have cleaned out Java/IE cache
- I have deleted the ARIS71 folder from my Documents folder allowing for the host to download
Is there something in the registry or some other area that I need to clear out?
I was using this key last week. I did experience a problem with Aris crashing and since then I have not been able to log in.
Please advise.
