License key in use

I am getting the error "Please use a different license key because the current key is already bing used by another client."

I have done the following:

I have verified that the license key is NOT being used by any other client
I have cleaned out Java/IE cache
I have deleted the ARIS71 folder from my Documents folder allowing for the host to download

Is there something in the registry or some other area that I need to clear out?

I was using this key last week. I did experience a problem with Aris crashing and since then I have not been able to log in.

Please advise.

Well, not exactly sure what the problem was, but restarting the Aris service took care of the problem.

It happens sometimes and it turns out that this other person is ... you. So, just use the Admintool to kill your session.

Hi Rick,

Next time this happens, along with deleting the 'ARIS71' folder under documents also delete the folder with name 'ARIS' under C drive. After this it should work fine.
