Project Room (access)

Hi,

I'm using Aris Cloud Basic. 
I need to access my project room. I can't access and I don't even have the backup. Is it possible to recover them?

Hi Renan,

do you get any error message when you try to log in?

We havea a new process for logging in, may be this post can help you to solve the issue.

Hi Eva,

The message is that the room no longer exists. I was unable to renew the subscription after 6 months.
