ARIS Download Education Single User - Access Denied

Hi,

i wanted to Download "ARIS Education Package | Single User" at (http://www.ariscommunity.com/university/downloads). Unfortunatly the download doesn't work and the downloadlink tells me that i have no access to download this Version. I registered with my University E-Mail and this E-Mail address is deposited in my Account. Please can you help me ? I don't know how to fix this problem.

Please use lower case alphabets for the email-id and user name. It should work.
