Got an access details but it doesnt work.

I am not sure what you mean. Could you please specify where exactly your access doesn't work?

Dear Eva,

To log in I:

1. paste login and password data received from ARIS in e-mail with theme "Welcome to ARIS Cloud"

2. Click the button log in

3. Read the comment above the log in field "Login failed. Please check your login data."

I even tried to use Forgot password, but there is also problem with login data
