Dear Srikanth,
you can import files from Visio into ARIS Elements in the following way:
- Log in to e.g. ARIS Elements with a designer licence.
- Go to "Edit models"
- Select the folder where you want to import your Visio files
- Select "Import" in the toolbar and click on "Import Visio files"
