How can we upload a reference model ( such as ARIS ITIL) into ARIS Designer ?

You need to use the Business Architect. The Designer does not have administration features.

Hi Ariel,

If I understand your question correctly, you could go into ARIS Business Architect, right click on the server, and select restore.  You can then choose the .adb file from your local drive.  Once it is restored, the standard log-in for reference databases from Software AG (ITIL is one of them), is user:  system, password:  manager.
