I downloaded the free version to see what all the hype is about. it installed ok first time around, then when I launched it I had to register as a member of this community - which I did, then tried to continue the application launch process and it just hung.
Subsequent attempts to uninstall and re-install have all resulted in failure in that the app won't even launch. Not a brilliant evaluation experience I must say!
Can anyone help?? i'm running Windows 7 64-bit on a Dell tower.

Hi,
please make sure, that you install via the the executable file, not the alternative download link.
In addition, please check whether you use 32 Bit JRE instead of 64. Could you try that?
