I feel so stupid, but I have done a big mistake while subscribing to ARIS cloud, I have fill my personal email address instead of the university address and so on for the local address, I'm really embarrassed, but I would like someone to help me if there is any solution for this problem.

If this is a "free trial" project room, it might be easier for you and quicker if you just request another project room and use the correct email address, etc. to set up the new one.
Do you mean the project room, yes I still have access to it, but I can not create another project room, like I said I'm a faculty member I'm the one who created the PR. Now I cannot change the password I think because the email used for the subscription for ARIS cloud is not the same one used on ARIS Community.
Do you have any idea, for how can I request to change the email adress for ARIS cloud?
The email associated with PR modelisation is sabrina.guetibi@gmail.com.
I'm not sure if this can be changed.
Just try to register for a new ARIS Free Trial using the desired email.

I don't understand the 6 months and faculty member part. Just go to the ARIS Cloud website and register for a Free Trial.
Hi Sabrina,
it doesn't matter what email address you used for the students project room. It doesn't affect your access. The only issue may be that it is a little bit inconvenient for you, because all communication is send to your private email address.
