How to create HTML export for ARIS database

Hello Sagar,

to do a HTML-Export you have to use the Business Architect. The functionality is not included in the Business Designer.

Then you have to click like this:

I tried same in Administrator (using system User) but could not see any option for HTML export.

I am using ARIS 9.X verion, Do I have to use any specific licenses/extension pack to enable this functionality?
Or Do I have to Configure Business Publisher?

Please let me know steps if any specific configuration has to be done?

Dear Sagar,

I use ARIS 9.6 and i usually export html from any group of models of my selection. Go to Administration Tab --> right click on the database --> publish --> then HTML publish. its nice and easy. i was confused for a while before cause the Publish button in front of me was giving me an un clickable html export option. i just needed to go to the right place.

When the menu item "HTML Export" isn't shown then there is NO license for ARIS Publisher Server in your UMC.

Well in fact there is a ARIS publisher Server license in my UMC server.  How else would I see the Publisher Export option?

Hi Eric,

it seems that I have found the answer:

You need to have both Architect and Viewer license privileges assigned at the same time (ARIS Administration - User management - Privileges - License privileges).
