I just acquire a 12 month subscription for Aris Basic, 1 designer
However I did not manage to access the application (my project room) and the error mesage says:
All seats of your license for product ARIS Cloud Basic Designer of project room xxxxxxxxxx are currently consumed. You will no longer be able to activate the product for any additional users unless you upgrade the project room.
However I am the only user.
I will appreciate your guidance about how to proceed.
I have gone through several attempts to change password
