When requesting a report of a process manual in pdf i get an error 867.
The same thing it happens when i request the report in word.
The error happens on some processes in my project room.

yes, it would be great if you or the project room owner can raise a ticket. Unfortunately, it is not so easy to find out what exactly the problem is.

Well, I am working in project room "curs".
I am using mostly epc diagrams. On some of these I get the process manuals , on others I cannot get the process manuals and I get the error 867 ?!
Your description of the issue indicates that there is probably a problem within some EPC diagrams. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message.

You were saying that it may be a problem with the EPC diagram. Can you be a little more specific at what issue I should look? It's the 1st time I see this error message.

Is this issue raised in the Viewer module as well? As I see from the screen, you start the report from the Designer. So first, I'd check if you have objects with the non-standard font (e.g., copy/pasted from another source).
But I'd agree with Eva that it is challenging to find the bug until the developer sees the source model where the issue was raised. There are 1000 and 1 places why it could happen - fonts/language, filter, access to definitions. Without a model, it isn't easy to say.
