How to access the BPM Diagrams in ARIS over the Internet

Hi Sahil,

I read your post and to do what you want you have 2 or 3 options :

 1 - You want to access to your models and be able to change them from your home or from your office. In this case you need an ARIS Design Server which will centralize all your modeling in a single database shared by all the modelers. You will be able to open ARIS Architect or ARIS Designer from an URL shared by your ARIS Design Server.

 2 - You want to publish your models over internet and consult them in read only mode. In this case you need ARIS Publisher to generate your models in html

 3 - You want to publish your models as an HTML static export, in this case you can use your ARIS Architect to generate HTML pages and then share them over internet

Just to be clear with ARIS tools :

 - ARIS Architect : is the tool dedicated to do modeling and to administrate ARIS Servers. This tool includes a standalone ARIS Design Server which allows you to work localy but not to work with several modelers in the same database. You can generate static HTML exports with ARIS Architect.

 - ARIS Designer : is the tool dedicated to do modeling, there is no standalone database included so you can use ARIS Designer only if you have already an ARIS Design Server

 - ARIS Design Server : Is the server which allows you to share a single modeling database with several modelers

 - ARIS Publisher : Is the tool which allows you to generate a dynamic web site containing all the models done under ARIS Design Server
