I downloaded "ARIS Adminstrator" Java application and I run it, then nothing happenes after this step (attached). What should I do?

You could try to remove content of folder
%userprofile%ARIS10\DownloadClient
e.g. C:\Users\username\ARIS10\DownloadClientIf this doesn't help on you can contact our Support team via https://empower.softwareag.com/
