• Design, code, test debug, implement, and document complex programs. 
• Experience with SW design and construction principles
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 & BPEL 2.0 essential. 
• Experience with BPMS like ActiveVos, Oracle 11g BPM,  JMS, AXIS 2, J2EE, SOA, ESB, JDBC to Microsoft SQL Server, & XML strongly preferred.
• BA or equivalent of Education and Experience; BA in Engineering, computer Science, Business Admin, SW Eng.; or related field
• 6 or more yrs experience in SW Eng., or operating systems programming;
