Unable to view models on ARIS

Hi. Aris was working fine. must of had pressed on something because now I cannot view any of the models. Please see screenshot attached and help.

Hi,

this is a bug. During opening an error occurs, that the system is not able to handle. Thus, the user interface is broken.

Could you submit a bug entry in Empower?

Even I'm Facing the same issue both on client download & web version
