I am trying to activate aris express but I get a message saying:
Unable to connect to ARIS comunity. Please connect to the internet when running ARIS Express for
the first time so your logincan be checked.
Please also check the proxy settings of your system in the interent options.
At the same time I am able to login to aris community and proxy system settings are as requires please see attache image

Thanks for your reply. Unfortounatly this did not help
I download and run express.jnlp I get a similar window where I am asked to enter user name and passsword but this time nothing happens it seems it does not go to next phase.
By the way if I enter wrong user name or password I immidiatly get a message of wrong user name or password

I get through the connection dialog, then the application begins to download - then it hangs...

Today I had absolutely the same problem as Sandu Avni with the most recent version of ARIS express. Is there a solution?

Hi,
some proxy constellations cannot handled from the windows version of Express. In that case, you can use the webstart version (http://download.ariscommunity.com/express.jnlp) for registration. If Express is registered, you can remove the webstart version again and start the windows version.
