Unable to Open SAP Document in Publisher

Hi,

Recently I Synchronized SOLMAN Documents to ARIS. I saw Documents attached to FAD's. When Opening this Document through ARIS 7.2 there was no issue. I am able to open it through ARIS. But when the same document I tried to open through Business Publisher It's not opening.

Also when doing the Synchronization there is no link for this Documents created. Only SAP ID is created.

So is there any option to get the link or any way to open it through Business Publisher.

Type of Document is Process Description.

Hello Sashwat,

1) Can you check whether SapJavaruntime (SAPJCo3.dll) is well available on Business Publihser server ?

%aris_install_dir%\BPSERVER\tomcat\webapps\businesspublisher\layouts\extensions\sap_cxn

2) It Can be that you have to update file webappserver.cfg that you can find on your business publisher server. ==> from ARIS 7.1 SR5: webappserver.cfg: the value <sap_newbpcon> must be "on"
