Combining Alexa with ARIS is a great idea and would help me as a Subject Matter Expert to find the answers to the following questions:
- Alexa, ask ARIS: How Many users are currently connected to ARIS
- Alexa, ask ARIS: Generate Used and Unused license Report and send a Email Automatically to concerned Person
- Alexa, ask ARIS: Permission Report and send a Email Automatically to concerned Person
- Alexa, ask ARIS: Who did last login to ARIS and what change he did?
- Alexa, ask ARIS: create and update inventory models..
- Alexa, ask ARIS: update Business Publisher export
- Alexa, ask ARIS: backup database
- Alexa, ask ARIS: using collaboration feature, then you can ask alexa to update the comments on the discussion board..send notifications..if action not taken on task.
- Alexa, ask ARIS: number of orphan objects.Move them to one folder.
