We are currently encountering below error while running publishing job in ARIS to create release databases of rigs from the publishing database.
The XML output file for Process data being generated is blank.
The issue hasn’t occurred before and only started this week. The same script is being used all this while. The script generates process data XML output successfully from last week's data but this week the error is there. The business has made lost of changes this week so we can't just restore the modelling database of last week and run the job again.
Is there any way this can be fixed from ARIS end ?
Isn't that issue something you'd better open a support ticket? Because here at the ARIS Community we hardly could help you fixing your report script. We neither know your script, nor your data, nor your ARIS installation.
