I have created a few customized objects in ARIS. They work great for everyone but one modeler. All permissions are the same. She is logged in with the Entire Method filter. The custom objects appear as a red X (see below). I have logged in from my desktop using her credentials, and the objects appear correctly. Is there some local Java or other setting that would be causing this problem?

Maybe her ARIS user profile has not been updated. I would try to delete the folder %UserProfile%\ARIS10 (copy that in the address bar of Windows Explorer).

Thanks Rune. I had the user delete the folder and restart ARIS, but still the same result.
I think Global Support ARIS needs to further investigate the circumstances why this issue happens only to one user. Please open a support ticket Empower/eService.

Quick update - I walked through closing everything down and deleting the folder with the user. On login, we made sure Entire Method was selected for the connection. Now the customized objects appear as expected!
