*** Problem with Aris Simulation - Hep Needed

I did try to make the same model as in the film Create your first Process Simulation with ARIS on Youtube

I have done it in the new database.

Unfortunately, then making the simulation, I have got different results. You can follow all my settings in the ppt attached presentation.

The first difference is that the utilization of the person that's involved in the process in the model in the film is about 73% (after 150 folders) - in mine is 27% (Step 7 on presentation)

The second difference is that my simulation does not count/show the "dynamic wait time."

What did I do wrong, or what settings of the Aris simulation should be?

Your results are correct. The results in the video do not match the inputs.

There are 5 employees configured for the "Reporting Analyst" role, i.e. the role has 5 * 24 hours = 120 hours available per day. The sum of processing times is 1 hour + 90 minutes + 15 minutes + 30 minutes = 3.25 hours. Since the process is started 10 times per day, the resource has to work for 3.25 hours * 10 = 32.5 hours. Therefore the utilization is 32.5 / 120 = 27%.

You'll only see dynamic wait times when the resource is not able to cope with the workload anymore. So in the example, you'd have to reduce the number of employees to 1 or you'd have to increase the frequency of the start event to roughly something above 40.
