We are looking for the exact location of the Business Publisher's report script, corresponding to the Report icon present in the Model view frame (apart from Contact, Favorites & Print icons, on Top Right corner of the Model frame)..
It does not seem to reside in the report script folder having other Publisher report scripts..
Would great appreciate any assistance in tracing this script location.

the functionality you mentioned is not realized using report script functionality. So there is not report script available.
Its realized via a hardcoded implementation with the possiblity to customize the content via configuration files.

which are the relevant files to configure the report output?
Is there a possibility to limit report execution to process type models (epc, value chain)?
In the context of inappropriate model types the link should be hidden.
