ARIS and SAP Enable Now Integration

Hi,

 I have been trying to get the connection between ARIS and SAP Enable Now(SEN) working without any success at a client. We have the license and that has been allocated to the system user. We have opened the database ports for SQL as well as the ports for the ARIS server so the SEN server can talk to the ARIS server. I still end up getting the following error. Does anyone know how we can resolve this?
