Hi,

we are using ARIS 7.1 in our project and planning to upgrade the new version of ARIS7.2.x.

Please suggest which is more stable in ARIS7.2.x(SR2013_04b, SR2013_04c,SR2013_04d)

Thanks

Hi,

the latest 7.2 release is SR2013_04e, released on Aug 30, 2013.

Good luck!

Hi Shashi,

I suggest you read the release notes for the Service Release SR2013_04e, which also contains the release notes for the previous releases. With the description of the bugs fixed in each release you know, WHAT you will have to cope with in the previous ones (including the d release). That is probably more valuable than thumbs-up/thumbs-down opinions on particular releases.

My guess: The latest releases usually do not contain new features, but only bug fixes, since new features now only go into ARIS 9. So expect the most fixed bugs in the d release (if you do not want the e release).

Disclaimer: This is not a recommendation by Software AG, but my personal opinion. It cannot replace your reading the release notes and applying good judgement. This is the last I will say on this topic. This thread should be commented on by ARIS customers who have production experience with multiple of the service releases.

Regards,

M. Zschuckelt
