ARIS Publisher scaling issue

Dear All,

Need help!

I tried to open a model in Publisher with scaling 100%, model is displaying correctly. When i tried to increase the scaling size say 120%, it shows cross sign (no model display).

Request anybody have the solution for this scaling issue?

Could it be that you used a export profile which doesn't include that zoom level? Just a guess.

Hi Rune,

Zoom is included in export profile. But still the same zooming issue.

Also one of member is trying to zoom with even 100% for the same model which i can zoom, he cannot see the model?

Appreciate if any help is provided for this zooming issue.
